Thank you for shopping with NexMount. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

  • 5–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are approximately €2.00 per order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available), allowing you to track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NexMount is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your shipping details if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
